Shipping & Delivery

Due to the highly custom nature of the product shipping dates are subject to fluctuation.  CDI is committed to completing orders in an expeditious manner but due to the overwhelming volume of orders can offer no guaranteed or static shipping time frame.  We will say that we aim to receive and complete orders in under 30 business days, but our lead times do vary.  To get an updated lead time for your particular product (lead times do vary between products) please contact us before ordering.  If you need a product by a set date please do not hesitate to email us at sales@caneandderby.com and ask us if we believe we will be able to fill the order in your requested time frame.  We do our absolute best to accommodate all of our valued customers.  Shipping is generally fastest via USPS priority mail.  We ship 100% of our orders with delivery confirmation and upon shipment, the customer will receive an email with their tracking information included.

Returns & Replacements

Quite simply, customer satisfaction is paramount at Cane & Derby.  If you're not happy we aren't either.  Please contact us at 1-866-374-0656 and we will do our very best to ensure you are taken care of adequately.  Our products at CDI have a 100% guarantee that your product will be free from manufacturer defects or we will replace it.  Please note, these items are highly-customized (sometimes one-off) creations, so variations and changes from product to product may occur.  A Cane & Derby representative will assess your claim and we promise to do everything possible to correct the issue.  We are always available via email if you have any questions in regards to what our warranty covers or you need help with your new item.  Contact us at your convenience: 1-866-374-0656.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Payment will be processed via the website terminal at the time of order placement.  Credit cards ARE charged upon order receipt in order to hold your place in line in our production queue.  Due to the variable and custom nature of the products that we produce, very few holsters are actually on our shelves waiting to be shipped.  We are working our fingers to the bone to keep up with demand, so as it currently stands and for the forseeable future there will be a production queue.  Pricing is subject to change without notice, but we announce any and all changes on our news blog, Cane & Derby News.

Viewing Orders

Updating Account Information

Account information such as personal addresses, email addresses etc can be viewed in the customer account profile.  CDI kindly asks you to update your information as necessary to avoid any potential delays in the processing of your order.
